TAG Heuer Monaco Lady Diamond
A legendary icon, the Monaco is to watchmaking history what Steve McQueen is to cinema. For when two myths like these meet, history is made.
The square-faced case traveled the world as far and wide as the classic film Le Mans — a forerunner to TAG Heuer’s ongoing partnership with motor racing. Beyond the legend, however, there is, above all, a sleek automatic chronograph that stands out from the pack. Devastatingly streamlined and indisputably timeless, the Monaco continues to set the trend with its unconventional aesthetic and powerful design.
All the attributes are there, but softened by the charm of cream leather, or brown or black python. The case is set off by 26 diamonds accentuating the bezel’s right angles, and the dial with a further 13 diamonds. Inside beats a Calibre 6 movement, with a small seconds counter at 6 o’clock.
As energetic as the original but with exquisite harmonies of tone, material, and texture to further heighten the emotive force. (TAG Heuer press)
